Collect the official admissions form from our front office or download it. Submit completed form with required documents (listed below). Forms are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Entrance Assessment

Depending on the class applied for, a short written assessment and/or interview may be conducted to ensure proper class placement. This is a friendly, low-pressure process.

Confirmation & Fee Payment

Upon successful assessment, you will receive an admission confirmation letter. Complete the fee payment to officially secure your child's place at Premier Public High School.
